Omar joined Prospectus after senior roles at two international executive search firms, specialising in placing leaders across executive, board, and strategic roles for major sports organisations, trade unions, non-profits and charities.
At Prospectus, Omar works within the Executive Search team supporting charities, trusts, foundations and organisations with a social purpose to identify, engage, and onboard transformational leadership. He leads end-to-end search assignments – from briefing and market mapping to candidate engagement, assessment and appointment – for executive and board-level roles.
Prior to executive search, Omar began his career in policy and public affairs, managing teams at two national charities during two election cycles. This experience informs his research-led, inclusive approach to search, combining sector insight, proactive headhunting and advisory support to deliver diverse, high-impact leadership outcomes.
Omar read Law at the University of Sussex and holds an MSc from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Outside work, he volunteers with community sports and youth development initiatives and enjoys callisthenics, martial arts and family time.
