Institutional Programme Funding Manager

Prospectus were instructed by Start Network to help them recruit an Institutional Programme Funding Manager to led on income generation for two international Start Funds. A global membership organisation made up of 84 organisations across six continents, this role required someone with institutional fundraising and multi-country organisation experience.

Taking a detailed brief from Start Network, Prospectus then advised on the market and led a comprehensive search focusing on those with international development and institutional fundraising experience. This included detailed searches through our networks, advertising, and headhunting through search platforms.

The selected candidate began in post in the middle of September 2023 and brings an excellent range of complex institutional and global fundraising experience.
