Natasha partners with clients to craft bespoke, multi-channel recruitment strategies that are data-driven, on-brand, and designed to reach diverse audiences in meaningful ways. Her passion for the not-for-profit sector spans causes including the environment, social welfare, education, and the arts.
A strong advocate for mental health and accessibility, Natasha plays an active role on the Prospectus Mental Health Committee, and regularly engages with charities to explore how she can support their missions more effectively.
