As Prospectus worked on the permanent post in 2022, we had a good understanding of Thames Reach as an organisation which helped with our search. With a stable team in place and the budgeting sorted, they were looking for an interim leader to manage the team across fundraising and communications and guide the charity on what’s next for their fundraising function.
Utilising our interim network, we were able to attract suitable candidates who were excited by the prospects of this exciting role. The candidate appointed was an experienced Head of Fundraising who was experienced in developing fundraising and marketing strategies.
