Interim Deputy Director of Public Fundraising
We were honoured to support Greenpeace UK with the recruitment of this interim post whilst they navigated a period of change to ensure smooth delivery of their fundraising programme during this period.
This was an important role which led the recruitment, retention & development and supporter care teams and managed a team of c.25 people.
The search took place just before the Christmas holidays and we took an agile approach with the search. With Greenpeace UK’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, we ensured to engage with a diverse pool of relevant candidates.
The selected candidate was a highly experienced interim fundraiser with a track record of managing 8-figure budgets and leading large teams. They started in position in January 2025
