We are pleased to have hosted a very exciting launch event for our joint publication with Eastside – The Good Merger Guide.
The Guide was authored by Richard Gutch (former Chief Executive of Futurebuilders and currently an Associate at Prospectus) who has just spent three years managing the merger of three disability organisations to form Disability Rights UK and speaking to many others with experience of mergers.
The launch event featured a presentation on the Guide by Richard, as well as Rebecca Dray (Managing Director – Dimensions Community Enterprises) offering her experience of merger.
The Guide is practical, logical and succinct and will be offered as a free resource, for any charity or civil society organisation looking to explore a pathway to a successful merger.
