Director of Fundraising
This was a new post for the organisation, and they were looking for someone who was an experienced fundraiser to build, lead and deliver a new fundraising strategy to support the diversification of their income generation.
Particularly looking to grow high value fundraising within the organisation, this person needed to have a good level of experience in growing philanthropy and corporate networks to achieve new partnerships and relationships. This person also needed to understand the children/youth sector or social mobility sector.
Prospectus launched a thorough search, using detailed storytelling to engage senior level candidates for this process we were able to submit 32 applications and host numerous interviews for the various panels. Edgar Sutcliffe started in post September 2024.
