Advocacy Service Manager

Suzy Lamplugh Trust is a pioneering personal safety charity, specialising in providing advice, support and guidance to people who are currently experiencing or who have previously been affected by harassment and stalking. They appointed Prospectus to help them recruit an exceptional Advocacy Service Manager for a new ground-breaking intervention project, working alongside partners in health, police and probation, to deliver the highest quality services for victims of stalking.

The new Advocacy Service Manager would work alongside a variety of partners to deliver the best possible support to victims of stalking, holding partners working with perpetrators to account, ensuring that the voice of the victim is promoted and heard in high risk stalking cases.  They would be responsible for maintaining overall project oversight and accountability to Funders, including data analysis and performance management and reporting, as well as managing the advocacy service and a small staff team on this stalking project.

The appointed candidate was previously the South London Operations Manager at Victim Support. In this role they maintained effective relationships and formal partnerships with organisations within the area of responsibility to promote and develop the service of Victim Support in order to meet service users’ needs.
