Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with London's Air Ambulance to support their search for a new Special Events Manager, who will lead on improving, developing and innovating the organisation's multi-channel donor acquisition and retention campaigns.
The London's Air Ambulance is a vital and cutting edge charity that provides emergency trauma care to critically injured people across the capital. The advanced medical trauma team treats on average five people a day in life threatening situations and the individual giving team delivers a vital element of fundraising income for the organisation.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Development, the Special Events Manager will take responsibility for the management and delivery of a portfolio of events including gala dinners, golf days, cultivation events and annual receptions. The opportunity requires a detail orientated events professional who can demonstrate sufficient operations, logistics and delivery experience, in addition to excellent project and stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will work alongside the philanthropy and corporate teams to build relationships with new and existing supports through the portfolio of events, with a focus on continuing high level stewardship of event supporters. We are looking for an ambitious and creative self-starter with a confident and relationship focused approach to working.
