Teresa has seven years experience working and recruiting for the social care and housing sector. Teresa recruits for contract and permanent positions and recently worked on a12 month employability project in partnership with Thames Reach, where she assisted in supporting homeless clients into employment.
Prior to joining Prospectus, Teresa worked in a frontline position for Romford YMCA, before joining Lifeline Community Projects as a Job Broker assisting participants with varied needs to find employment. In this role she gained an NVQ Level 3 in advice and guidance which she utilises when offering a consultancy service to both candidates and clients.
Teresa registered with Prospectus in April 2011 to continue her career working in the not for profit sector where she was given the opportunity to join the Frontline team. Since joining Prospectus, she has built her knowledge of the social care and housing sector in a number of capacities including Administrator, Booking Coordinator and most recently as Locum Bookings Consultant. Teresa is currently working towards her Diploma in Recruitment Management.
Victoria has three years of commercial recruitment experience, previously servicing a multitude of clients including large Government accounts and health regulatory bodies.
Victoria now specialises in recruiting specifically for beyond profit organisations working with vulnerable and excluded people. She has previously worked in a frontline position for the YMCA, where she gained a first-hand insight in to the effects of homelessness.
An experienced recruitment consultant, Maria joined the Frontline Team at Prospectus in December 2017. Dedicated to working with the outstanding charities, organisations and the hardworking people who deliver these vital services, she is committed to finding the best talent to have a positive impact within the beyond profit sector.
Having worked in education recruitment for the last four years, Maria is an advocate for the transformative effects that education can have on individuals and the wider community. While volunteering with the Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses, Maria has been lucky enough to see the impact environmental education in particular can have on areas such as mental health and youth offending, and she was able to work on a number of projects and support children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and local primary schools, as well as undertaking Safeguarding Level 1 Training delivered by Lambeth Council.
