US Director
Prospectus is delighted to announce that Spring Impact has appointed Maura Shea as US Director.
Spring Impact is a global non-profit consultancy with a mission to scale social impact, so that great ideas change more lives. It partners with mission-driven charities, social enterprises and funders tackling the toughest social problems around the world – from homelessness to food poverty. It has worked with organisation such as CARE, Recovery Café and the Success for All Foundation, to mention some, with a team in the US and UK.
Maura is an innovation leader within the social sector with more than 20 years of experience launching and scaling products, services and systems-change initiatives. She was previously Vice President, Innovation, at Feeding America National Office, and Senior Director, Innovation, at the YMCA of the USA. Earlier in her career Maura worked for IDEO, the award-winning global innovation and design consultancy, in San Francisco and London, UK.

As Director, Maura will be responsible for developing and leading Spring Impact’s United States strategy and operations, as well as overseeing a portfolio of domestic and international projects, including building the exciting new Lean Practice.
