- Our team will liaise directly with you to collate, proof and standardise a job pack for each vacancy. This could include a cover letter, information about your organisation, job description, application form, and any other relevant information.
- Each vacancy is loaded onto the Prospectus jobs search. We’ll send you login details so you can track responses in real time.
- All candidate enquiries are answered and recorded, including providing recruitment advice when necessary. All requests for application packs are responded to within 24 hours.
- Returned application forms are proofed for completion before being photocopied and sent to the recruiting panel.
We can also support you with a range of other services, including organising interviews, sending rejection letters, and equal opportunities data monitoring and analysis.
