David Gold, CEO
CEO of Prospectus since 2000, David joined the not for profit sector as head of the London division of Business in the Community following a 20 year career in the City. He plays an active role in the governance of several not for profit sector organisations, as well as regularly speaking and writing on issues related to social enterprises, new philanthropy and grant-giving.
Borge Andreassen, Head of Senior / Executive Recruitment
With a track record in successful senior level recruitment, Borge heads our Executive Search and Selection team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and source the right candidates. Outside Prospectus, Borge is a trustee for a London-based youth charity, and provides mentoring to a young social entrepreneur.
Ami Jenick, Head of Office and Professional Recruitment
Ami has a background in temporary and permanent healthcare recruitment, joining Prospectus in January 2006 as Deputy Team Leader of the temporary team. She successfully completed her REC Diploma in Recruitment Practice with distinction in October 2006, and now leads our Office and Professional recruitment team.
Zoe O'Hara, Head of Social Care and Housing Recruitment
Zoe has been working in the recruitment sector for 13 years, five of them in the not for profit sector. She joined Prospectus in October 2007 and now heads the Social Care and Housing team, specialising in understanding our clients’ specialist needs and ensuring outstanding service provision.
Steven Fine, Advertising and Design Director
With a background in fundraising, marketing and communications, Steven oversees our Advertising and Design teams, specialising in strategic media advice and developing strong client relationships. Steven also chairs homelessness charity Groundswell, and provides mentoring to the Chief Executive of an east London community organisation.
Simon Butler, Client Services Director
With over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment communications sector, Simon is responsible for ensuring high standards in service delivery across Prospectus. He works closely with all our teams to develop client relationships, specialising in recruitment strategy and marketplace analysis.
Peter Beeby, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Peter oversees Prospectus’ financial management, IT, facilities and back office functions, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations. Peter also oversees the company's quality standards systems, its strategic planning process and its workforce development programme. Peter has a senior level finance background in the private and not for profit sectors having previously worked for the Halifax and the British Council. With the few hours left in the day, Peter is Chair of Trustees for Southwark Bereavement Care and participates in the Metropolitan Police External Advisory Group on Police Promotions.
