David Gold, Chief Executive Officer
CEO of Prospectus since 2000, David joined the not for profit sector as head of the London division of Business in the Community following a 20 year career in the City. He plays an active role in the governance of several not for profit sector organisations, as well as regularly speaking and writing on issues related to social enterprises, new philanthropy and grant-giving.
Peter Beeby, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Peter oversees the delivery of all Prospectus back office functions including Finance, IT, HR, Quality and Compliance, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations. P rince 2 qualified, Peter's experience is drawn both from the private and not for profit sectors , having previously worked for the Halifax and the British Council. Peter is also a Trustee for Southwark Bereavement Care and participates in the Metropolitan Police External Advisory Group on Police Promotions.
Borge Andreassen, Head of Executive Search & Selection
With a track record in successful senior level recruitment, Borge heads our Executive Search and Selection team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and source the right candidates. Outside Prospectus, he is a trustee for a London-based youth charity, and provides mentoring to a young social entrepreneur.
Emma McGowan, Head of Office and Professional Recruitment
Emma joined Prospectus in 2007 as a Senior Consultant and now leads the Office and Professional recruitment team. She has over seven years' recruitment experience across a range of sectors, including Charities, Education, Health and Social Care and now recruits specifically for charities, social enterprises and foundations. Emma also manages our Outplacement Service, specialising in working with organisations facing redundancies.
Simon Butler, Client Services Director
With extensive recruitment communications experience gained across the Public, Private and ‘Beyond Profit’ sectors, Simon heads up our Recruitment Advertising, Design/Branding Agency. He also leads on business/product development, marcoms and events across the Prospectus brand, working closely with all our teams to ensure *extraordinary client service.
