When Battersea Dogs and Cats Home contacted us to get individual quotes for a number of roles to be placed online it became apparent what they really needed was a joined up attraction campaign to successfully expand their Comms Team.

Following discussions with their recruitment manager we provided a rationale as to why we were recommending an integrated campaign; one that would enhance their employer brand and help recruit in numbers – fast and economically. This included our recruitment advertising team’s recommendations for a traffic driver (in print) for the Guardian, as well as online inventory, including an MPU:
 


The print advert directed candidates through to the Battersea website, as did the online advertising which was placed on the Guardian’s jobs board across both marketing and charity headings.

 

The client has been delighted with the outcome; quality candidates have been shortlisted for all positions and the campaign has sent the right message to a sophisticated audience.
