London/Cambridge board meetings
VoiceAbility makes sure that people are heard when it matters most. We provide free, independent support to over 30,000 people each year to be involved in decisions about their health, care and wellbeing. We're an independent charity and one of the UK's largest providers of advocacy and involvement services.
We are now seeking a highly accomplished chair, to lead and facilitate the Board as the organisation takes forward an ambitious strategy to increase its social impact.
This is a significant opportunity for a person who has the strategic focus, governance understanding, leadership experience and emotional intelligence, to develop a high performing board and to ensure that it provides the right blend of support and challenge to the Chief Executive and Executive Team.
The Chair will be motivated by VoiceAbility's vision and values. They will lead and facilitate a skilled and engaged body of Trustees and bring valuable strategic insight.

Inclusivity and accessibility are vital to VoiceAbility and so please do make us aware of any reasonable adjustments we can make in order to facilitate your engagement with the application process.
