HCT Group now seeks an established civil society leader to join their high performing board to support and provide governance of the highest quality and rigour as the organisation enters a phase of increased impact and growth.
The new Board Member will share the motivation and values of HCT Group, be willing to make a strategic contribution as a learning partner to a board and will bring a background in and strong understanding of the issues affecting HCT Group's beneficiaries.
You will bring considerable senior leadership experience within a charity or social sector organisation of some scale and complexity along with a strong impact focus.
