The Littlehaven nursey is a new Ofsted registered 48-place community nursery set in the heart of Camden Town. Beautifully equipped with a huge garden, the Littlehaven nursery offers a variety of activities for children aged between 3 months - 5 years. Littlehaven acts as the social enterprise arm of the Castlehaven Community Association (a local award-winning charity delivering services to local residents for over 90 years), and is unique in that it donates 100% of its profit to charity. The Littlehaven nursery has exciting plans to double its size in the next 2 years, and is now looking to recruit a new Nursery Manager to oversee all day to day operations.

As Littlehaven's new Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the nursery. You will work to ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for all children attending the nursery, and will continuously maintain a safe, welcoming and family-friendly environment. You will be responsible for strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and overall development of the nursery, and will work in partnership with a wide variety of stakeholders (including Castlehaven's senior staff, parents and families, primary schools, Ofsted and other related agencies).

To apply for this role, you must have previous experience of managing and overseeing staff within a day care setting. You must have demonstrable experience of managing buildings and other resources, and of working alongside a variety of partners. You must have hold a Level 4 Early Years qualification, and must have significant experience of working in an early years setting. Overall, you will be a warm, approachable and energetic Manager, passionate about developing and maintaining a high quality, inclusive early years provision.
