Would you like to join the team who won Best Recruitment Agency at the Institute of Fundraising’s Partners in Fundraising Awards 2015? Why wouldn’t you! We’re looking for a new consultant to join the team, a dynamic, friendly, successful and highly regarded group of professionals who enjoy significant profiles within the fundraising and wider beyond profit sectors. Some of our recent clients include the British Heart Foundation, the British Museum, Plan UK, the London’s Air Ambulance and Amnesty International.
The team focus on mainly permanent and contract fundraising roles within the sector and are able to cover any temp opportunities our clients need help with as well. Networking within the sector is expected and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in projects which will support your development.
Experience of the beyond profit sector would be fantastic, particularly if you’ve worked on a lot of fundraising roles, but a demonstrable track record of working to targets and successful business development experience is definitely essential for this post. If you are ambitious and energetic and take a team focused approach, all the better. We want people who take pride in a job well done for our clients and candidates and who enjoy delivering a high quality recruitment service.
Prospectus doesn’t operate an individual commission structure, choosing instead to pay our consultants a competitive salary which reflects this. In addition to this, there is a team bonus structure and a generous benefits package. We recognise that our non-commission structure is unusual in the recruitment industry and feel it reflects the sector that we work in, as well as fostering excellent team and company spirit. All staff are eligible for our contributory pension scheme, and various other great benefits including an employee loan scheme, a bike loan, childcare vouchers and a subsidised gym membership. We also give all staff 6 days a year, in addition to annual leave, to volunteer anywhere they like.
If you’d like to have a chat about the role please give our Head of Talent, Emma Bradman, a call on 020 7691 1939.
