Not-for-Profit Sector Specialist
We work solely with the not-for-profit sector and over the years have formed
working partnerships with organisations like ACEVO & NCVO. This means we've
developed a thorough understanding of the issues and constraints faced by organisations
in the sector. With this knowledge we are well equipped to provide staff and
solutions that 'fit' our clients better. It also means we realise how important
it is to be competitive and flexible in the way we charge.

Partnership
The key to any successful relationship is partnership. We see partnership in
two ways. Firstly, the commitment to the highest levels of customer care, regular
liaison and the building of trust and understanding on both sides. The more
we know about our clients, the better able we are to provide relevant and effective
solutions. Secondly, we feel that creating partnerships with key representative
bodies in the sector allows us to understand issues facing our clients.
Non-Commission Policy for Staff
We pay our consultants a competitive salary that's not reliant on commission from placements or sales targets. This creates a very different culture to that of most recruitment agencies. It encourages consultants and account managers to work in teams and to focus on the quality rather than quantity of their work. The priority of our team is to meet the clients' requirements rather than to gain maximum commission through high volume placements.
Integrity & Quality
Clients are often referred to Prospectus because of the high quality of our work. Our success is due to the calibre of staff we employ as well as our approach to recruitment. Our staff are good at their jobs because they understand and appreciate the sector - most of them have worked directly for not-for-profit organisations before joining us. Our record of placements and partnerships within the sector, demonstrate that our integrity and commitment to quality produces results.
Flexibility
It is important that our services meet the expectations and budgets of our clients. We are always more than happy to adapt our services accordingly.
Rigorous Assessment
We are highly experienced in interviewing and assessment, which enables us to get beneath the surface of candidates. We do not believe in 'padding' shortlists, and only recommend candidates who are truly right for you. We also never forget that we are acting as our client's representative, and always treat candidates fairly and with respect throughout every stage of the process.
