Partnering with the Institute of Fundraising, our guest speakers – Mark Astarita, Director of Fundraising – British Red Cross / Chair of IoF and Thomas Lawson, CEO – Leap Confronting Conflict examined the question ‘Why don’t Fundraisers become CEOs?'
Following highly entertaining presentations from both speakers, each recounting their own career paths and aspirations, David Gold, CEO – Prospectus opened up questions from the floor and ensured our audience of CEOs, Fundraising professionals and recruiters left with a real insight into the issue and a better understanding of what motivates Fundraisers in their career choices.
