Our managed service offers you access to Reach’s extensive register of skilled volunteers at a low cost. It reduces your workload by finding prospective trustees interested in joining your organisation with the right skills and experience for your role.
Premium Service:
We know that recruiting trustees is time consuming so with our premium service we’ll take a lot of the work out of your hands. We’ll maximise the likelihood of the right potential trustee coming forwards. We do this by working closely with you to understand your needs and future plans for the organisation. We’ll actively approach suitably skilled candidates and promote your role to them. Reach’s personalised premium service tailors our trustee recruitment processes to meet your requirements, and aims to provide a shortlist of candidates with the right skills and experience for your role.
