Prospectus is delighted to announce a significant milestone in the emergence of its Public Sector brand, with the successful appointment of Graham Bell as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the City of London Corporation.


Currently, Graham is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the London Borough of Waltham Forest, where he has been leading a major Business Transformation Programme across the authority since his appointment in July 2009. Prior to this, he operated within the private sector at Arup, the global engineering, consultancy and technical services group, where he held a number of senior management roles, including; Head of Information Systems and Associate Director, Enterprise Systems Group, over a seven year period.

Graham is a Chartered IT Professional, a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Chartered Engineer. He will be taking up the reins from Bill Limond who is currently the Acting Chief Information Officer at the City of London Corporation in April 2012.

We wish him every success in this tremendously exciting and challenging new role.
