Borge Andreassen - Head of Executive Recruitment
Borge comes with a decade of recruitment and management experience, conducting searches for chief executives and directors for a range of non-profit organisations, including foundations and social businesses. From Norway, he has studied in the United States and has an MSc in International Relations from Bristol University. Prior to his executive search career Borge worked as a journalist, and after that in politics as a researcher and campaigns manager running several successful election campaigns. Borge also serves on the management committee of a London-based youth charity, and mentors a social entrepreneur.
Ami Jenick - Senior Consultant
Ami graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse before working in healthcare sales and then healthcare recruitment for many years, joining Prospectus in January 2006 as Deputy Team Leader of the temporary recruitment team. Moving to the permanent recruitment team, she successfully completed her REC Diploma in Recruitment Practice before becoming the manager of the Office and Professional recruitment department and part of the senior management team at Prospectus for over 3 years. Ami moved across to the Executive Recruitment Team as a senior consultant in Nov 2011.
Philip Nelson - Senior Consultant
A graduate in Economics and a senior search consultant responsible for the recruitment of leadership roles for clients within Education, Central Government and the not for profit sector, his professional life now extends into his private life, where he currently serves as a school governor in Camden, and as a trustee of the Coram’s Fields and the Harmsworth Memorial Playground, a charity supporting children and young adults up to the age of 16. Philip has also managed and developed a range of external relationships, including managing and delivering workshops for the Network for Black Professionals and managing and delivering a ‘Question Time’ event focused on school leadership with the Guardian newspaper.
Liesel Quinn – Senior Consultant
Liesel's career in recruitment began in South Africa, recruiting temporary staff for both the public and commercial sectors. A Prospectus consultant since 2003, she has also been awarded the REC Diploma in Recruitment Practice with distinction
Francesca Lahiguera – Senior Consultant
Francesca is an expert in executive search specialising in pan-European search assignments. Francesca began her search career with Heidrick & Struggles’ global technology practice. She then went on to work with boutique search firms in Paris and London. Prior to her search career, Francesca spent 12 years in the software sector in both corporate and field marketing positions with Interleaf, Informix and Sun Microsystems, based in Boston, Munich and Paris, respectively. Francesca is an American/French national and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University. Francesca has volunteered for a range of organisations, particularly within the women and public health fields.
Richard Gutch – Associate
Richard began his career in local government and then joined NCVO as Assistant Director in 1985. He has subsequently been Chief Executive of Arthritis Care, Director for England for the Community Fund and Chief Executive of Futurebuilders England. He is a former chair of ACEVO and of the Long Term Medical Conditions Alliance, has written extensively about the third sector and is a regular speaker at Conferences. He is a board member of the National Association for Voluntary and Community Action
Darren Meeks - Associate
Darren is a history graduate and career recruiter with over eleven years professional recruitment experience spent specialising in executive appointments in Local Government and the wider Public Sector. Darren joined the Executive Team, at Prospectus as a Senior Consultant in September 2010, with a remit to develop senior and executive recruitment within the Public Sector, including the NHS, with a particular focus on finance and related roles.
Shemain Wahab - Consultant
Shemain joined Prospectus in 2007. She graduated in 2001 with a degree in Biodiversity Conservation and Environmental Management. She has undertaken a variety of roles in the voluntary and healthcare sectors since leaving university and worked for an environmental NGO for two years prior to joining the permanent team in October 2007.
Rebecca Green - Researcher
Rebecca graduated with a degree in Illustration and Graphic Design in 2007. Since leaving university she has undertaken a number of administrative roles prior to joining Prospectus in 2010. Rebecca also volunteers in a number of mentoring and support positions within the learning disability sector. As a Researcher, Rebecca works closely with consultants to source excellent candidates for the variety of roles the Executive Team recruits to
