With a track record in successful senior level recruitment, Borge works closely with clients to understand their needs and source the right candidates. Outside Prospectus, Borge is a trustee for a London-based youth charity, and provides mentoring to a young social entrepreneur.
Tamsyn Brewster – Senior Consultant
With a background in fundraising and HR, Tamsyn also had five years’ recruitment experience in the private sector prior to joining Prospectus. She has a successful track record recruiting for a wide range of senior level positions.
Myra Farnworth – Senior Consultant
Myra has several years’ senior level experience in the charity sector, with a background as a Chief Executive and as the first Director of a new charity. She has worked in executive recruitment for the past ten years.
Richard Gutch – Associate
Richard has an outstanding track record in the sector, with senior level roles for organisations including NCVO, Arthritis Care, ACEVO, and Futurebuilders England. He also writes and speaks regularly on issues facing the sector.
Francesca Lahiguera – Senior Consultant
Francesca has worked in international executive search since 1997, including for Heidrick & Struggles' global technology practice, and brings a wide range of senior level recruitment experience to the team. She is also a regular volunteer for various organisations, focusing on children, health and women.
Liesel Quinn – Senior Consultant
Liesel's career in recruitment began in South Africa, recruiting temporary staff for both the public and commercial sectors. A Prospectus consultant since 2003, she has also been awarded the REC Diploma in Recruitment Practice with distinction.
Connie Jackson – Senior Consultant
Connie has extensive experience in health and philanthropy, with a senior level background in the NHS and a successful track record as Chief Executive of the Barts & the London Charity. She is also a trustee of Charities Aid Foundation, a volunteer at a London soup kitchen, and a Fellow of the RSA.
Shemain Wahab - Researcher
Shemain provides crucial research and candidate resourcing to the Executive Search and Selection Team. With a degree in Biodiversity Conservation and Environmental Management, and work experience in the charity and healthcare sectors, Shemain joined Prospectus in 2007.
Fiona Wansborough – Senior Consultant
CIPD qualified, Fiona has executive search experience across several different sectors, including IT, operations and the engineering, as well as the not for profit and NGO sector. Since joining Prospectus in 2006, Fiona has undertaken a number of high profile search assignments, including many for clients within international development.
