A Typical Recruitment Process
- Client Briefing: In this crucial initial stage, we’ll work closely with you to define your priorities as an organisation, and build a detailed profile of the candidates you’re looking for. We’ll then prepare a recruitment schedule, job description, person specification and advertising strategy (as appropriate) for your approval.
- Search and Selection: Our approach to search is research intensive. We use research into target organisations and our extensive networks, combined with Prospectus' in-house candidate database, and where appropriate media advertising, to develop the initial longlist. All potential candidates are screened rigorously through interviews and personality profiling (as required) to ensure you’re presented with the best options.
- Client Interviews: We’ll then introduce you to the shortlist, providing detailed advice and support throughout the interview process. Once the final decision is made, we can also work with you to negotiate terms and conditions with the chosen candidate.
- Aftercare: Our team specialise in providing ongoing support to the appointee, to ensure a smooth transition and to resolve any ongoing issues as necessary.
