Prospectus is pleased to announce that Beth Thoren has joined ClientEarth as deputy Chief Executive.
ClientEarth is a public interest environmental law organisation with offices in London, Brussels, Warsaw and New York.
Beth joined ClientEarth in September 2016 after four years at the RSPB as Director of Fundraising and Communications.
ClientEarth’s Chief Executive James Thornton said: “We’re delighted that Beth is joining us and bringing with her a wealth of strategic skills which will be crucial to ClientEarth’s continued growth. “Beth’s experience of fundraising, communications and business and her passion for the environment makes her an extremely valuable addition to our management team.”
Before joining the RSPB, Beth was Director of Communications at Digital UK which led the switchover from analogue to digital transmission and prior to that was Head of Digital Marketing at the BBC. An American and British Citizen, Beth has an MBA from Harvard and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy where she was the first woman appointed as Battalion Commander.
