For over 40 years, Age UK Kensington & Chelsea has worked at the heart of the community to ensure older people’s voices are heard, their needs are met and their independence is supported. To achieve these goals, they provide a wide range of services including information and advice, health and well-being projects, registered homecare, intergenerational schemes, volunteer escorts and befrienders, de-cluttering, and support for people with dementia and their carers. They strive to understand the issues and respond at all levels to the ever-changing world of health and social care commissioning and delivery.
