Through the relationships we have developed over 50 years and the values we share with our clients, we have developed a range of partnerships, activities, features and articles that are valuable to us, our clients, our candidates and the sector at large. We have listed some here which you may find valuable.

Our partnerships are crucial for us, and bring significant benefits to the sector. In particular we have developed affinity schemes that offer significant discounts for core services which all organisations need. For example; we offer discounts on recruitment advertising to NCVO members.

In addition we are members of or accredited by several organisations including the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, Investors in People and Two Ticks.

Our activities are varied and we have listed some here for you. In particular, our diversity and equality partnerships are important to us as a stamp of approval. As an organisation that provides staff to the sector, we place prime importance on fishing in the entire pool to find our clients the right candidates. We also support other events and for three years Prospectus has been the key partner in the ACEVO/IoD Voluntary Sector Debate.

We are often asked for our opinion and views on a variety of HR, recruitment and retention issues. Some examples of press articles we have written on subjects as diverse as fundraising, staff shortages and flexible working are outlined in the features and articles section. We also take it upon ourselves to write useful pieces for employees and candidates in the sector such as CV writing and interview skills.
