Response Handling
Prospectus has its own specialist response centre which sends out over 30,000 application packs to candidates each year. We do this efficiently and quickly, releasing our clients time for other areas of their work. We have eight digital telephone lines and a team of trained, experienced administrators handling enquiries. They use Royal Mail's Quick Address postcode checking software to enter names and addresses accurately on our web based response system. We offer an affordable response handling service and access to an e-village of people who have shown an interest in working in similar posts within the same organisation in the past.
Online System
Through our website candidates can choose to receive their information pack by immediate download, email or via post. Clients have their own access to their own area of the site where details on all candidate requests can be viewed, addresses checked, and the media effectiveness of individual campaigns evaluated. All this information is emailed automatically at the end of every job.
Completed Applications
If required, we can receive, collate, photocopy and distribute completed applications to recruitment panels and notify short-listed candidates of interview times. Outsourcing in this way is often more cost-effective than resourcing it internally.
Guaranteed Service
We guarantee to email and post packs out within two working days of receiving a request. To do this we need all application pack materials prior to the advert appearing in the press. We refund the set-up fee if we do not meet this level of service.
