Andy leads the Talent Attraction Team who provide a full recruitment advertising service including media buying, copywriting, digital design and employer branding support. The team manage a turnover in excess of £1.4 million across 150 clients, including large national accounts through to smaller organisations. Services include job board support, programmatic, social media, PPC and bespoke digital design work.
In addition, Andy is responsible for business development with new and existing clients across Prospectus, including proposals and tender responses, as well as leading the marketing team to build the digital brand of Prospectus and our services.
Andy has project managed several innovative schemes that Prospectus has been involved in, including the Charity Governance Awards and its latest partnership launching Charity Digital Jobs, the first jobs board dedicated to digital talent in the sector. Andy has also been involved in improving internal analytics and management information.
He serves as a Trustee on the board of Keyring, a national charity supporting disabled people through an Asset Based Community Development model. Andy regularly takes part in challenge fundraising events such as half marathons, the Grim Challenge and the London 10K and is an active member of his local squash league.
Kiran is a member of the Senior Management Team here at Prospectus and has recently celebrated her 10 year anniversary at the company. She has over 20 years’ experience in the field of recruitment advertising, media, talent attraction and client service. Managing a growing team of Account Mangers, she now solely specialises in the not for profit sector having previously worked with clients across Education, NHS, Local and Central Government, and the private sector, providing recruitment advertising and candidate management solutions at all levels.
An expert in media buying, media research and client relationship management, Kiran is able to provide the best route to market for any given campaign, ensuring it is cost-effective and the best fit for your organisation. A highly knowledgeable and skilled negotiator and contract manager, Kiran is able to negotiate bespoke media contracts across all types of media on your behalf be that digital, social or traditional.
Since joining Prospectus Kiran has had an opportunity to work with a huge mix of non-profit organisations here in the UK and in the world in which we live. The work they do really inspires Kiran, and this truly drives and fuels her own mission to help source the best talent that she can on behalf of her clients.
Nick has been working within the recruitment sector for nearly four years. He started his career at one of the largest UK Job Boards before trying his arm as a recruitment consultant. Before joining Prospectus, he worked at a Social Work publication primarily assisting fostering and adoption agencies with recruitment advertising.
As a Senior Account Manager on the Talent Attraction team, Nick is the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders seeking advice on talent acquisition strategies. He has expertise in digital attraction tools, including media buying, digital advertising, microsites, and social media, supporting a diverse client portfolio with their talent needs.
Having previously worked for a social work sector, Nick has a real passion for helping young people from less fortunate backgrounds get the opportunities they deserve. Through the volunteering programme at Prospectus he hopes to be able to offer the next generation a positive outlook for the future.
Keen to support the beyond profit sector since graduating in Interior Architecture, Kamala has worked in a number of roles both within the sector and since joining Prospectus in 2015. Throughout these experiences Kamala has maintained her interest and skills in design, whilst deepening her knowledge and understanding of advertising, and working with the team to streamline various processes.
Since 2019, Kamala’s main focus is now all things bespoke digital design, making sure that coherent, eye-catching campaigns are delivered, putting our clients in the best possible light in order to attract high quality talent. She is particularly interested in developing her knowledge around accessible and inclusive design, leading on ensuring that all candidate packs created are screen-reader friendly.
Katerina graduated from the University of Manchester in 2018, where she studied French and Italian. During her studies she worked as a student ambassador assisting on applicant open days, as well as on secondary school outreach programmes, delivering presentations on the advantages of learning languages.
Katerina joined Prospectus in 2018 as the Trainee Account Handler. In her role she provides administrative services to the Talent Attraction team as well as supporting them with recruitment advertising and client relationships.
Katerina decided to join Prospectus as she has a passion for the beyond profit sector and she is interested in becoming involved with international charities which provide aid to people living in poor conditions and war-torn countries. Having grown up in Greece where there’s an abundance of stray animals and being an animal lover herself, she is also passionate about becoming involved in organisations which focus on animal rights and welfare.
Amy has experience of working in administration, social media, marketing, & finance. Before joining Prospectus Amy worked as a business administration apprentice at Southend Borough Council where she supported with all media communications.
Amy joined Prospectus in February 2020 as a Trainee Account Handler on our Talent Attraction Team. Her role involves providing administrative support and assisting in the production and promotion of digital and print advertising campaigns.
Amy has a particular interest in metal health organisations and the promotion of positive mental wellbeing. In her spare time she enjoys drawing, running and yoga.
