Andy Tonner
Andy Tonner
Head of Business Development

A member of the Senior Leadership Team, Andy works closely with the CEO and Directors on business development, operational projects, marketing and maintaining and developing client relationships. He has also project managed some of the more innovative schemes that Prospectus is involved with, such as the Beyond Profit Internship scheme and our role in the Do-it partnership.

After studying Politics at The University of Warwick, where he was elected President of the Oxfam society and campaigned with Climate Camp, Andy worked in a Learning Disability Team for a Local Authority. Andy initially joined Prospectus in an administrative role to learn more about the not for profit sector

Andy retains a keen interest the sector and is on the lookout for his first trustee role. He regularly takes part in challenge fundraising events such as half marathons, the Grim Challenge and the London 10K.

Kiran Bhangal

Client Services Manager

Kiran has been with Prospectus for just over four years, and has over 15 years experience in the field of Recruitment Advertising and Client Service. Now specialising in the not for profit sector, Kiran has previously worked with clients across Education, NHS, Local and Central Government, and the private sector, providing recruitment advertising and candidate management solutions at all levels.

Expert in media buying, media research and client relationship management, Kiran is able to provide the most cost-effective/appropriate media solutions for all recruitment campaigns and will ensuring organisations benefit from the best return on investment. A highly skilled negotiator and contract manager, Kiran is also able to negotiate bespoke media contracts across all media channels.

Kiran’s personal life experiences of charitable organisations and the impact of the life changing work charities do to improve lives are two of the main reasons she chose a career at Prospectus, where she has also become an active volunteer for homeless charities.

Nick has been working within the recruitment sector for nearly four years. He started his career at one of the largest UK Job Boards before trying his arm as a recruitment consultant. Before joining Prospectus, he worked at a Social Work publication primarily assisting fostering and adoption agencies with recruitment advertising.

As an account manager on the Talent Attraction team, Nick is the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders seeking advice on talent acquisition strategies. He has expertise in digital attraction tools, including media buying, digital advertising, microsites, and social media, supporting a diverse client portfolio with their talent needs.

Having previously worked for a social work sector, Nick has a real passion for helping young people from less fortunate backgrounds get the opportunities they deserve. Through the volunteering programme at Prospectus he hopes to be able to offer the next generation a positive outlook for the future.

Ben Francis

Designer

An experienced graphic designer and former magazine editor, Ben joined Prospectus in 2017 as part of the Talent Attraction Team. His role is to visually enhance the message of the organisations we collaborate with, ensuring they reach the ideal candidates through targeted packs and effective media campaigns. Over 7 years he has worked with a broad range of clients to produce eye-catching marketing materials and consistent branding across both digital and print platforms.

Previously Ben lived for 3 years as a monk where he worked closely with Food for Life, a charity that serves the homeless community across London with daily meals. A keen photographer with an enthusiasm for all things creative, he was drawn to a career at Prospectus because of the opportunity to work alongside a diverse range of admirable causes in the beyond profit sector.

Kamala joined Prospectus in 2015 as the Receptionist and Testing Administrator. Kamala now provides support for the Recruitment Advertising team, putting her organisation skills to good use in order to support the team as well as our clients.

Kamala was first drawn to the beyond profit in 2008 when she discovered a charity that offers overseas volunteering opportunities and was struck by the range of opportunities available and the richness that each experience can bring. Having taken part in a number of volunteer projects and programmes abroad, Kamala is now a trustee of Pistes Solidaires Mediterranee in France where she previously worked and is also a volunteer in a local community food growing project.

Katerina graduated from the University of Manchester in 2018, where she studied French and Italian. During her studies she worked as a student ambassador assisting on applicant open days, as well as on secondary school outreach programmes, delivering presentations on the advantages of learning languages.

Katerina joined Prospectus in 2018 as the Trainee Account Handler. In her role she provides administrative services to the Talent Attraction team as well as supporting them with recruitment advertising and client relationships.

Katerina decided to join Prospectus as she has a passion for the beyond profit sector and she is interested in becoming involved with international charities which provide aid to people living in poor conditions and war-torn countries. Having grown up in Greece where there’s an abundance of stray animals and being an animal lover herself, she is also passionate about becoming involved in organisations which focus on animal rights and welfare.
