Victoria has three years of commercial recruitment experience, previously servicing a multitude of clients including large Government accounts and health regulatory bodies.
Victoria now specialises in recruiting specifically for beyond profit organisations working with vulnerable and excluded people. She has previously worked in a frontline position for the YMCA, where she gained a first-hand insight in to the effects of homelessness.
Teresa has seven years experience working and recruiting for the social care and housing sector. Teresa recruits for contract and permanent positions and recently worked on a12 month employability project in partnership with Thames Reach, where she assisted in supporting homeless clients into employment.
Prior to joining Prospectus, Teresa worked in a frontline position for Romford YMCA, before joining Lifeline Community Projects as a Job Broker assisting participants with varied needs to find employment. In this role she gained an NVQ Level 3 in advice and guidance which she utilises when offering a consultancy service to both candidates and clients.
Teresa registered with Prospectus in April 2011 to continue her career working in the not for profit sector where she was given the opportunity to join the Frontline team. Since joining Prospectus, she has built her knowledge of the social care and housing sector in a number of capacities including Administrator, Booking Coordinator and most recently as Locum Bookings Consultant. Teresa is currently working towards her Diploma in Recruitment Management.
Lowenna has worked in recruitment since 2008, specifically recruiting to roles across Social Work, Education, Healthcare and Frontline. Having previously been based in Sydney Australia for two years, Lowenna had the opportunity to work with the aboriginal communities in the remote areas as well as supporting charities and governments to assist with asylum seekers and refugees.
As a Recruitment Consultant on our Frontline team, Lowenna uses her previous experience and knowledge to advise and recruit the best talent for organisations across the beyond profit sector.
Lowenna has studied for her LLB Honours degree in law and has since developed a keen interest in employment law. She is also currently studying for a CIPD diploma in HR.
In 2011 Lowenna completed a 400km cycle across Tanzania in aid for four different heart charities and is looking for the opportunity to do something similar again soon.
Latifa started her career as an apprentice Administrator in Local Authority Social Services before moving into private sector recruitment in 2017. This has equipped her with a combined knowledge of social care and the corporate and public sectors.
Working as a Recruitment Consultant on our Frontline team, Latifa uses her previous experience in social care to recruit the best talent for frontline roles including those that support vulnerable individuals from children and young people, youth justice, adults with mental health and learning disabilities and elderly care. Latifa has a genuine passion to support those who are vulnerable and believes everyone deserves access to the care and support they may need.
Outside of work, Latifa enjoys spending time with family and friends and promoting positive mental well-being. She has a particular interest in helping those who struggle with confidence, anxiety and tackling the challenges young people face with regards to positive mental health.
