We are very proud to have won Best Recruitment Agency at the IOF Partners in Fundraising Awards 2015 in our first year of entry. Our Fundraising Recruitment team move from strength to strength and winning the award is a great way to recognise that success and the wider reputation we hope we have built with candidates and clients in what is an important, and certainly one of the most challenging, areas of talent attraction and development in the beyond profit sector.
Our staff are passionate about the not for profit sector, serving as trustees and volunteers for range of organisations. This was recognised at the Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards 2012 were we won “Best Contribution to the Community”.
The judges felt that we “placed significant value on ensuring community contribution at both staff and management level”, and that, “Prospectus has gone beyond the expected to adopt positive business practices and ensure charities get the support they need”.
Our award submission highlighted the number of ways we engage with our community but focused on our employee volunteering programme with almost 600 hours of staff time being donated to the not for profit sector over the year

We are a corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). The REC is the professional body representing the whole of the recruitment industry.
In order to qualify for REC accreditation Prospectus must meet high standards of service delivery and business practice which are subject to audit.
Investors in People is the UK national standard which sets out a level of good practice for the development of people to achieve business goals. It is a recognition that an organisation looks to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of its people.
The Disability Confident accreditation is awarded to employers who demonstrate to the Department of Work and Pensions (Job Centre Plus) that they have achieved, and are committed to, continually achieving commitments regarding the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled people.
