In order to apply for this role there are just 4 simple questions to answer through an application platform called Applied. You will be asked to submit a CV with your application but this won't be seen until after your answers have been reviewed.

Applied is a fair and transparent recruitment platform that uses behavioural science to remove the unconscious bias from the hiring process. Applications are all anonymised, broken down into parts, randomised and assessed by a group of diverse reviewers, before being reconstituted back to give a set of de-biased independent assessment scores for each individual. Using this method over a traditional CV and cover letter sift allows hiring on merit and potential over the background information written on a CV.
