This year was the first virtual awards ceremony for the Charity Governance Awards. Although we couldn’t be together at Clothworkers’ Hall to raise a glass, we were still able to applaud the inspiring work of the 21 shortlisted charities. This year, the awards received more than 120 amazing entries to the awards, and the shortlisted charities have raised the bar on what good charity governance in the UK should look like.
Our Executive Chair David Gold, interviewed last year's winners: Nazmin Akthar (Muslim Women's Network UK, Improving Impact 4-25); Natausha van Vliet (PACT, Embracing Digital); and Emma Fergusan-Coleman (SignHealth, Board Diversity and Inclusivity).
Congratulations to all of those who were shortlisted and won this year’s awards. It was a great evening to celebrate our fantastic charity sector. You can find out more about the awards on the Charity Governace Awards website here.
