GDPR stands for The General Data Protection Regulation. This is a new law designed to give you more control over how companies collect and use your personal data.
Our new policies will take effect on the 25th May 2018. The first time you log into your account you will be asked to agree with the new terms and conditions. You will not need to do anything after this, all policy documents will be available in your account dashboard.
We will generally hold your name, CV, address and email. However, this may differ depending on what process you are involved with i.e. temporary work.
Prospectus will use your data to find you a new role in the beyond profit sector, and if you opt in we may also contact you with news and sector updates that are relevant to you.
Depending on what capacity you are engaged with us, i.e. temporary work, we may pass your details to third parties including HMRC. We will only ever share your data in line with our work finding services and we will never share your data without gaining your consent first. Full details can be found in the privacy notice.
You will continue to receive job alerts even if you have opted out of marketing as these are treated differently. Job alerts can be edited via your account dashboard which you can log into here.
We will keep your data for as long as legally required and depending on your relationship with us. If we do not have contact with you for more than 3 years you will be contacted to seek further consent. For full details please see our privacy notice.
If your circumstances change and you decide that you no longer need to have contact with us, you can delete your record at any time via the delete button in your account dashboard, which you can log into here.
