Anyone joining us as a trainee consultant will undergo a vigorous and detailed development programme covering all aspects of the recruitment consultant role. You’ll learn how to source candidates and then interview them. We’ll show you how to develop networks and build relationships with clients and candidates alike. There is a strong emphasis on developing your business development skills and you’ll be out at client visits and events from early on. We place a big focus on our role as consultants to our clients and we’ll ensure you are a fully fledged one as quickly as possible.
Prospectus is keen to bring fresh talent into the sector but we’re always on the look out for experienced consultants too. As with our trainees, your development would be fully supported, but on a more bespoke basis. We would work with you to develop your skills in the areas that you’re really interested in. Our company is growing and we want people onboard who can take it in all sorts of directions – perhaps ones we haven’t even thought of yet.
