We do things a bit differently at Prospectus, preferring to pay our consultants a competitive salary rather than on a commission basis.

Profit related pay is available within each of the teams on a team target basis and a yearly bonus scheme is in place based on the overall company performance.

To help you get here, we offer a season ticket loan and run a bike loan scheme. To support your health and wellbeing all staff can take advantage of subsidised membership of a great gym round the corner from us in Covent Garden. You should get a chance to use it as well, working long hours and through your lunch break is actively discouraged at Prospectus. Whenever you need it, you can access our employee assistance programme 24/7, 365 days a year via a freephone number, offering confidential advice and guidance on personal, legal and financial matters and extends to face to face counseling. Immediate family members are also covered.

As much as we want you here, it is important to have a break, so we actively encourage staff to take a two week break each year using their holiday entitlement. Everyone gets 23 days a year, and we generally close the office between Christmas and New Year as well, so you can have those days on us too. Leave entitlement also goes up to 25 days after 2 years service, and then 30 days when you reach the 5 year mark. Did we mention bank holidays -  make the most of those long weekends.

We ensure you have access to a free eye test each year, and to help with any child care arrangements you may have, you can access our childcare voucher scheme.

Payroll giving is a great way of donating to your favourite charities – it’s simple to set up and enables you to donate more by ensuring tax on your donation goes to the charity too, therefore you are giving more. However, the one way you can have an immediate impact on a charitable organisation is by volunteering. We give all staff six days a year as volunteering leave. This is a great way to support an organisation, share your skills with them, and develop new ones, as well as making new friends. This isn’t the typical CSR package/team building type volunteering, it’s whatever you want it to be.

Finally, to enable you to save for life after Prospectus, you will have immediate access to our stakeholder pension scheme. Once you are settled in and passed those first three months, Prospectus will match any contribution you make up to 3% of your salary. If you’re with us for 5 years or more,  which we hope you will be, this figure rises to 4%.
