We pride ourselves on encouraging Prospectus staff to give their time to charities and voluntary organisations, strengthening our links with the sector and supporting a huge range of causes with invaluable skills and experience. All our employees are given six days volunteering leave each year. How they use it is up to them. Examples include:

  • Several senior members of staff hold board level positions with a wide range of charities
  • Supporting a local school by helping children with their reading
  • Providing mentoring to refugees, helping them to gain new skills as part of a local support scheme
  • Helping a local community centre to run a monthly tea dance for pensioners
  • Working on conservation projects in and around London
  • Helping children’s charities with cooking and tennis lessons
  • Supporting a local church’s Bible week

Our permanent department deal with Trust, Event, Individual Giving and Corporate fundraising roles, ideal for candidates keen to develop a career in the charity/not-for-profit sector, specifically those who have proven experience within this exciting, challenging and rewarding sector.
